This year my boyfriend and I are going to Colorado Springs in fall and taking road trips to the Great Sand Dune and checking out the water fall along the way there. In fact, the Maroon Bells and the glacial valley of Maroon Lake are among the most photographed places in all of North America. If you’re looking to photograph Maroon Bells, is best to go in the early morning. Visitors should also note that from mid-June until early October, access is only available by public bus.
